AI models from different vendors take opposing sides under an enforced protocol: one builds the insurer's best case for the denial, another attacks it — the stated denial reason, your plan's own terms, appeal deadlines and rights. Nothing is settled by one model's confident answer.
- You get the dossier. A readable brief of the argument — and the full record of who claimed what, on what basis.
