How it works
- Share your notice. The violation letter, plus your CC&Rs or bylaws if you have them, and your state.
- The panel argues it. AI models from different vendors take opposing sides under an enforced protocol: one builds the board's best case, another attacks it — procedural requirements, notice rules, fine limits, what your governing documents actually say. Nothing is settled by one model's confident answer.
- You get the dossier. A readable brief of the argument — and the full record of who claimed what, on what basis.
What's in the dossier
- Is the notice procedurally sound? Notice requirements, hearing rights, and fine limits in your state — with the specific statute cited (including the exceptions).
- What the letter got right — and wrong. The board's strongest arguments, not just yours. You should know both before you respond.
- What's missing. Evidence or documents that would strengthen your position before you reply.
- Where the models disagreed. When the panel dissents, we show it — dissent is where your risk lives.
- When to get a professional. If the stakes justify an attorney (liens, escalating fines, health-and-safety claims), the dossier says so plainly.
